Please
read our terms of use as they are as important to you as well as
to us.
1: Free
Art work may be used for any personal project.
2:
Art work may be used for the following commercial projects,
web sets, templates, scrap kits (on a flattened plane),
stationary, for Cafe Press and other similar companies, tags,
blends and collages. For E-book covers, please contact us
for special terms and licensing.
3:
Art work may NOT be used to make wallpaper for sale, you
may however use it on your own desk top.
4:
At no time and under no circumstances may any of our art work be
compiled on a CD for sale, offered on Ebay or any other commercial
site, printed and sold at art shows or fairs, used as is, sold
from your web site as is, tubed, made into brushes or used in
tutorials. If you wish to use our art work in any commercial
endeavor that we do not have listed, just contact one of us and
ask. We are pretty liberal with terms and asking never
hurts.

It is mandatory that this site be listed on a resource page when
using any work commercially. Web designers MUST link to this
site on each page where our art work is used. A text
link is fine.
6:
You may NEVER place your copyright on our art work.
If you make a derivative piece of work such as a collage or blend,
for sale or show, you must place our copyright notice along with
yours on it or state that you are making a derivative work using
our art work.
7:
Art work may be resized, feathered, slightly animated, cropped to
fit, etc... However, please do not recolor and distort our
work. Remember that when you use our art work, you are
representing this site and the art to all who browse your
site.
Vintage
Image Terms
Vintage Images may be used for personal projects and commercial
projects with the following conditions:
You
MAY use our vintage images to make websets and templates for sale
or linkware.
You
MAY use them for scrap booking projects but NO collage sheets are
allowed and no images may be offered as is in scrap kits.
All images must be placed on a flattened or merged plane where
they can not be extracted as is.
You
MAY NOT use them to make wallpaper but you MAY use them to make
email stationary for sale or other stationary for hand written
letters for sale. You may also use them to make recipe
cards.
You
MAY NOT use any of our images to make tubes or brushes or use them
in tutorials.
Our
vintage images MAY NOT be used to make CD's for sale or offered on
Ebay or on any other auction site.
You
MAY NOT place your copyright on any of our vintage images.
You
MAY NOT use our vintage images to make email tags unless it is for
personal use.
You
MUST Link back to our site when using our vintage images. A
text link is fine.
If
you need clarification on any of our terms or have questions,
please feel free to contact us. We take copyright violations
and violations of our terms seriously but we are always fair to
those who use our art work , preferring to instruct and teach as opposed to
lawsuits
